No, technical knowledge is not required for any web design project. During the discovery process we’ll gather all the information we need to build out your website. You do not not need to do anything technical. Your project manager will also walk you through the process from beginning to end.
Nope! As long as everything stays within the scope of the project the price you see is the price you pay. Should you need custom integrations, graphic design work, content writing etc, there may be additional fees. However this will all be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins or invoices are sent.
Payment is taken in full at the beginning of the project. You will be sent an invoice where we will collect payment information for all future automatic invoicing. You will also be given access to our billing portal where all invoicing information can be reviewed.
