Yes! While we believe you’ll love our service, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your website, you can cancel within the first 30 days of website launch for a full refund.

Absolutely, your freedom is our priority! Each web design project includes a two year contract, after which the website becomes entirely yours. Please note you still have the freedom to cancel or move to another host before the two years is up. If you would like to transfer the website, you simply pay out the remainder of the contract. If you wish to cancel, simply notify us before your billing period and we will cancel or pause the account.

We strive to complete all projects within 30 calendar days of receiving all client onboarding information. However, a variety of factors can affect project duration such as number of revisions, scope, customizations and more so the final duration may vary. Please let us know beforehand if you have a specific deadline for the project.

No, technical knowledge is not required for any web design project. During the discovery process we’ll gather all the information we need to build out your website. You do not not need to do anything technical. Your project manager will also walk you through the process from beginning to end.

Nope! As long as everything stays within the scope of the project the price you see is the price you pay. Should you need custom integrations, graphic design work, content writing etc, there may be additional fees. However this will all be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins or invoices are sent.

Initial payment for the first month is due at the start of the project. However the billing period only begins once the website is launched. 

You will be sent an invoice where we will collect payment information for all future automatic invoicing. You will also be given access to our billing portal where all invoicing information can be reviewed.

 

While we strive to accommodate all site visitors and do our best to implement WCAG standards, we cannot guarantee full ADA compliance. If you need additional ADA compliance beyond what our templates offer please contact us beforehand.

Yes of course! Your input is a valuable part of the design process. We use it in the beginning to get an understanding of what you want and during the revision process to fine tune everything exactly how you want it.

We are able to integrate with a variety of third party software such as HubSpot, Google, Zoho, Zapier, MailChimp and more. We will work with you beforehand to determine if we can integrate with your specific CRM or other software.

Yes! A template is required as part of this product. If you would like a custom design please contact us separately and we can provide a custom quote for the project depending on what you need.

Once we have built out your website we will send it to you for review. During this time you can make revision and update requests. Please note that these requests must operate within the parameters of the selected template. Common revision requests include updating particular text or switching out images.

No, e-commerce functionality is not included. If you need an e-commerce website please let us know.
