Nope! No technical knowledge is required. This is intended to be a completely hands free process for you. Aside from adding us to your domain there is minimal other steps you must take.
Nope! There are no additional costs to this service. We will build and launch a landing page website for you within budget.
Payment is due in full at the start of the project. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees will begin only once we launch your website. These fees will automatically recur until cancelled. We accept payment in the form of ACH, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. You will have an account created on our billing platform where you can login and manage all payments, invoices, etc.
Our team of WordPress experts is here to assist you. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with our support team through your project manager, and we’ll address your concerns promptly.
If you’re ready to upgrade from a landing page website to a full business website, let us know and we will work to expand your website.
We will host your website on our premium WordPress server. This includes 99% uptime, SSL certificate, monthly WordPress updates, daily website backups and more.
You may pause or cancel your website hosting at any time. Simply contact us 7 days before your next renewal date. If you are pausing your account we will save your website for up to 90 days and you can reactivate it at any time.

Images
Have particular images you'd like us to use? We'll set up a Google Drive folder where you can share all of them with us.
Sitemap
A clear outline of which pages will be included on the site. This can be taken off of an existing website as well.
Customer Contact Information
To make sure customers can reach you, we'll need the contact information you'd like displayed on the website.
Existing Logins
You'll need to add us as users to any existing properties as requested such as your domain registrar and so on.
Content Creation
Clients are responsible for providing all written and visual content unless otherwise agreed upon.
Graphic Design / Photo Editing
Graphic design and photo editing are not included. Client is expected to have completed assets if they want to include them.
Email Hosting
Email hosting and mailing services are not included. We can help create a profressional email through Google if needed.
Premium Media
We can provide images from our stock photo library but client is responsible for providing any imagery outside of that.
Custom Integrations / Features
Tools and software requiring complex, custom integrations are not included as part of the project.
Custom Templates
Fundamental to our process is template selection and one must be chosen for each project.
